Adam Stone

Adam is a licensed Real Estate Broker (DRE 02034122) and member of the California Bar (SBN 285524). His expertise in various aspects of both residential and commercial real estate (including acquisition, management, entitlements, litigation, joint ventures, municipal codes, and zoning and ordinances) allows the ADU OZ Fund to identify to right opportunities quickly. He has completed over 100 transactions since 2015 and understands how Opportunity Zones and local ordinances create opportunities for smart investment.

Matt Williams

A retired Navy veteran, Matthew is a Construction Supervisor and builder with vast experience in ground-up construction and luxury home building. Matthew has raised tens of millions of dollars in assets toward construction projects in the Pennsylvania, Georgia, San Diego, and Dallas markets. Matt also holds his MBA in Business Management. His expertise in raising capital, coupled with his experience managing construction projects from ideation to completion, gives the ADU OZ fund the ability to move nimbly and stay on target with any building project.
